ree

The seven-day Fenix rally in the sands and deserts of Tunisia has come to an end – over the week, the riders faced countless challenges and tests, conquering nearly three thousand kilometers of difficult, fast, and at times extremely slow tracks and routes. For the CFMOTO Thunder Racing Team, the early days brought various technical setbacks – malfunctioning roadbooks and poor-quality fuel that disrupted engine performance – but the finish was finally reached and crossed on a high note.

“Amazing day! Everything worked – navigation and the quad. I’m so happy to be here today and wish every day could be like this one. We’re ending the season in the mood we deserve!” said Antanas Kanopkinas, celebrating the finish line with songs and cheers, marking the end of both the rally and the season.

Gaetan Martinez was also in high spirits: “Today’s special stage was only a few kilometers long, part of it on the same route we rode yesterday evening, so it was familiar. We crossed the finish line successfully, and I’m really happy to be here – it’s a great success for us, both in this rally and this season! I’m already looking forward to the next starts!”

The team expressed gratitude to their partners, fans, rivals, and everyone who contributes to this long, exciting, and adventure-filled journey. With this season completed, the next one is already on the horizon – and it will take the team even further, as the World Rally-Raid Championship heads beyond the Atlantic next year. And the first upcoming start in Portugal already in March.
